At one time, Livarun was the capital of Avardon and stretched the full valley that it resides in to this day; even connecting to the food of the mountain that Count Farkas' castle, now called Castle Valemoor, sits upon. In more modern times, it is a small settlement built upon the ruins of a single district of the old city — a shadow of its former self, yet those clinging to the hope of better days use it as a hub. There is very little business conducted in Avardon that doesn't find its way past the front gate of Livarun.
PvP is mechanically blocked there just like in Scarabend, conflict is not welcome.
Profession quests in Livarun are instant and reward you 4 silver coins and 1 profession experience.
