At the river in the south sits a more recent settlement, Scarabend. It was built only 15 years ago and has never gotten a serious support of any political power so far, it has merely been tolerated. Only now, things are starting to move, the town is slowly expanding.

PvP is mechanically blocked there just like in Livarun, conflict is not welcome.
Profession quests in Scarabend require you to stay for 10 minutes, reward you with only 2 silver coins, but 2 profession experience.
