Monvarin is the Master of the Arcane of the Comital Court, serving under Count Farkas. He is also known as the Court Wizard or Father of the End.
Being the one responsible for spread of diseases, curses, and creation of some of the monsters in Avardon, it comes as no surprise that Monvarin is one of the most hated figures in the realm, perhaps even more hated than Farkas himself.
Rare rumor among locals speaks of regret over his actions later in life, which is stated as a reason why the Count killed him in the year 1414. Yet, the Court Wizard was resurrected about 50 years later and is now back in service.
