When the ticket is opened staff will set your character to be able to be reset and you may speak with (NPC Name) to remove your whitelist status and begin the reroll process. Starting a Reroll
When you reroll you will go on a (time here) timer.

Deleting
If you do not want to shelf your character, you can simply delete them and immediately reroll to a new character. When the ticket is opened staff will set your character to be able to be reset and you may speak with (NPC Name) to remove your whitelist status and begin the reroll process. This skips the Shelfing Process.
Shelfing
When and only when staff inform you, do you go through with the shelfing process in the spawn room at the shelf otherwise you may be shelved improperly. Once you have shelved the character using the NPC you may freely interact with the (NPC Name) Sheet Resetter and Renaming NPC you can continue onto your new character.
