Pact of the Fiend. One of the most common pacts taken by warlocks is one with a fiend for their power. They desire nothing but corruption and destruction, including the pact maker. Fiend warlocks typically take their power in service to an archdevil or one powerful enough to lend them their strength. Although, some might be against their makers' wishes. Warlocks can make their pacts with demon lords, pit fiends, balors, and ultroloths. This is not the full list.
