Description:

A sphere of magical stillness envelops the targeted area, smothering all sound within its boundaries. Creatures inside the sphere are silenced, unable to speak, cast spells with verbal components, or produce any audible noise. The oppressive quiet also dampens destructive vibrations, granting all creatures within the area immunity to thunder damage for the duration of the spell.
